BCBA® and BCaBA® Pass Rate Data 2008-January 2011
The Behavior Analysis Certification Board recently permitted Universities to release BCBA® and BCaBA® pass rate information for the past 3 reporting years. As a program we are very proud of the performance of our students on both the BCBA® and BCaBA® exam. Across these three years first time test takers from the ABA Online program have outperformed the national average of all those taking the BCBA® exam by an average of 17%. Florida Tech ABA Online students taking the BCaBA® exam outperformed the national average by an average of 14% within the same three-year period. However, we do not intend to rest on our laurels. We continually evaluate our content and practices and make changes based on the data collected. Our goal is always to provide high quality education that fits the needs of our students.
Reporting Years
The 2008-2009 reporting year includes administrations in August and November of 2008 and March of 2009. The 2009-2010 (indicated on graphs as 2009) reporting year includes administrations in August and November of 2009. Finally, the 2010-2011 reporting year includes administrations in April/May 2010, September 2010 and January 2011.
