Mind Matters

The new year is here, and a fresh semester is starting.

Why not start off the new year with a healthy mind!      Come join us and learn the benefits of a healthy mind.

We will discuss how to take care of your mind, such as activities that will help keep it clear and exercises to

improve your memory. Learn the warning signs of when

your mind is unhealthy, how to cope and where you can get help when needed. So, come prepare your mind to

tackle the semester! Win a chance for prizes too!

making great spring break memories. For many, partying often includes the consumption of alcohol. While alcohol

can add to the festive mood of spring break or other get-togethers, there are things that we should all know about the consumption of alcohol. Come join us for a straight-

forward discussion, so that you can make the most informed decisions possible while making great memories too. We'll have " beer bowling" with the beer goggles,

great giveaways, and some laughter to top things off.

us in a talk on how you can feel good about your body. Learn how healthy fitness, eating, and overall wellness

can boost your body image. We'll teach you how to achieve healthy fitness, nutrition, and wellness goals.
