Florida Tech Career Management Services uses eRecruiting powered by Experience to post full-time professional jobs online for students and alumni. This service is free and ensures that your open positions are processed more efficiently. Only Florida Tech students and alumni are able to browse vacancies using eRecruiting and they are able to see the jobs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on the Internet. There is a no fee for posting positions on eRecruiting when posting to Florida Tech's site. Please visit the web site at http://fit.experience.com/emp/sblogin to register and post your job. Our office must approve your registration before you may begin posting jobs.

Part Time Job Postings

If you are interested in posting a part time job for Florida Tech students you can contact Career Management Services. We have various means of posting to get you the maximum views by qualified students. Call 321-674-7575, FAX 321-674-8065 or email dlewis@fit.edu. Our preferred method for submission of part-time job postings is via eRecruiting or email. Please be sure to include the following information in your job posting:

  • Job title & Description
  • Applicant qualifications
  • Pay rate (if established)
  • Average weekly hours required
  • How to apply
  • Application deadline
  • Employer contact information - for Career Management Services staff follow-up

If you do hire a Florida Tech student, we request that you notify our office with the student name, job title, start date, hours per week, and pay rate. This data is used for statistical reporting in order to continue offering this free service to our students and employers. Job postings are active for 30 days. If your position is not filled at the end of this time period you may contact our office to repost the job for another 30 days.
