Employers
often ask us how they can increase their visibility
with students and support the Career Services Office’s
efforts. As a result, we have identified the following
opportunities to become more involved on campus:
- Participate
in the Fall Career Fair and Spring Employer Day. Hundreds
of students of all year levels visit our career
fairs held each semester.
- Schedule
an on-campus interview session.
- Host
an information session or set up an information
table in either the Denius Student Center or in
one of the academic buildings. Information sessions
do not need to be scheduled in conjunction with
an interview schedule.
- Provide guest speakers for Career Workshops or interviewers for Mock Interviews.
- Sponsor student design projects.
- Advertise
in the Crimson, the student newspaper, or submit
an article about your company or organization.
Contact the Crimson directly
for more information.
- Connect
with student organizations by sponsoring student
events such as Engineering Week.
- Make
contact with faculty to set up classroom visits.
Feel free to browse the student organizations on campus to understand our student body, or partner with to have your organization more visible on campus.
The
Career Services staff can assist you in setting up
these opportunities. Please contact us at 321-674-8102
by phone or contact Dona
Gaynor for more information.
