The mission of Career Management Services is to assist Florida Tech students, through an educational approach, achieve their career goals. Online and Extended Studies Division students may utilize a variety of online resources to assist you in preparing for your job search and developing in your professional career. We encourage you to review these resources before contacting us directly for assistance.
Job Search Resources
All internships, full-time professional, part-time, and seasonal jobs for Florida Tech students are posted on Panther Career Link. This service allows you to track which jobs you have applied for as well as how many times your resume is viewed or referred to an employer. Create an account on Panther Career Link by contacting email@example.com and requesting your login information. You must make this request from your FIT Email Address and you must provide your Student ID number in order for us to complete your request.
Offers the most comprehensive online resource for managing your job search including job postings, company contacts, document management, job search calendar and organizer. You must register on CareerShift using your FIT email address.

For years CareerProfiles.info has been assisting career minded professionals, job seekers and students make better, more informed career choices by providing them with highly relevant, reliable and up-to-date career information and job search resources.

The Career Resource Center contains a wealth of information to help you prepare for your job search. Resources include resume writing, interviewing techniques, job search strategies, salary negotiation and general career-related information. Also included are links to presentations and workshops. Individual Career Assistance
If you feel that you still need assistance after reviewing our online resources, please submit a request by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org from your FIT e-mail account. Please provide your Student ID number, the campus that you attend, your student status, major and the services you are requesting. A career advisor will contact you to follow up with your request which will include instructions for registering on Panther Career Link. Please note that you must be a currently enrolled student AND registered with Career Management Services on Panther Career Link to receive individualized services.
Individual services include:
- Guidance in using job search resources
- Resume reviews - we do not write your resume but we will provide suggestions for improvement
- General job search advice such as interviewing techniques and networking strategies
