Ski Trip 2008

Whistler / Blackchomb March 1-8, 2008

Ski in / Ski out - The Legends at Whistler Creekside

- Price: $1,5999 (double occupancy)

- Two-bedroom condos

- One bedroom at slightly more and three bedroom at slightly less are avilable

- Land Only Price: $1,199

Package includes:

- Round-trip air from Orlando to Vancover (Other departure cities available.)

- Five-day lift pass at Whistler / Blackcomb

- Seven night lodging at the Legends at Creekside

- Transfers to/from airport (Convenient shuttles are available around the entire region.)

- All taks and passenger facility chrages

Travel insurance based on age and trip cost not included

Deopsit Schedule

$200 deposit needed immediatley to hold your reservation for air and lodging.

Deposit needed by Oct. 20 in to ensure trip continues.

$300 Second deposite needed by Dec. 1, 2007

Final payment due Jan. 3, 2008

Please make payments to Catholic Campus Ministry on time. Final payments recived after the due date will be subject to a $50 late payment fee. (Sorry no credit cards)

Cancellation Policy

Time of booking to Oct. 31 -- $50

Dec. 1, 2007 to Jan 4, 2008 -- an aditional $250 ($300)

Jan. 5, 2008 to Jan. 16, 2008 -- an additional $250 ($550)

Jan. 16, 2008 to March 1, 2008 -- $1,199 per person

After tickets are issued no refund can be given, howerver you may make a name change. Name changes incure a service fee of up to $200. In other words, if you need to cancel and either you or we can find a replacement, then the cost will be only $200.
