Ski in / Ski out - The Timber House Lodge

  • Price: $999-$1,199

Package includes:

  • Round-trip air from Orlando to Denver
    (Air currently reserved on Southwest, which does not charge for bags, at the rate of $380 round trip. But I can only book the outbound at this point and not the return. Our outbound times are fantastic—NONSTOP with an 11:45 a.m. departure and 1:50 p.m. arrival. However, once people book the trip, I may be able to get cheaper air or once I book the return it may be more expensive. I will need to pass on either the savings or expense.)
  • Lodging at the Timberhouse Lodge 7 nights with full breakfast and dinner
  • Three levels of Loding
    1. Dorm rooms ($999)
    2. Connecting doubles with shared bath ($1,099)
    3. Rooms with private bath ($1,199)
  • Transfers to/from airport
  • No lift tickets. However, the lodge sells discounted tickets

Deposit Schedule

$200 deposit needed immediately to hold your reservation for air and lodging.
Deposit needed before Oct. 2 in to ensure trip continues. (Need 20 people for these prices)

Final payment due January 15th, 2010

Cancellation Policy

No refunds after final payment unless we can fill your spot. However, name changes incur a service charge of up to $200. We can help you with insurance coverage if you would like that extra protection.
