Completing an Electronic Proof

For your convenience, we are proofing jobs electronically (in pdf format).

Follow these easy steps:

  1. Open the attachment in Acrobat Reader 7.0 or higher. 
  2. The first page is our Proof Sheet, which you must complete after reviewing your project.

  3. Review your project thoroughly, checking for accuracy and layout. 
  4. Indicate any revisions using the Commenting Tools provided in Acrobat Reader 7.0 or higher.

  5. After completing your comments, return to the Proof Sheet. Move the red "X" over the appropriate box.

  6. Click the "Send Comments" button on the Commenting Toolbar

  7. Send the e-mail.
