High Tech with a Human Touch
A Diverse Selection of Services to Meet Your Needs
Our award winning creative team works in partnership with administrative and academic departments (and select student groups) to clarify needs and develop effective and economical design strategies and solutions for your projects. We also play the key role in the oversight, editing, design and production of Florida Tech Today, our alumni magazine.
We offer idea visualization, copyediting/writing and graphic design services for individual projects, special event materials and advertising opportunities. We can help you with creative consultation and print production coordination, and give you guidance with graphic identity questions, approvals and logo requests.

But this is only the beginning of our available services ... Unusual request? We can help!
You see our designers' work all around you. For example, we've designed billboards you see on local roads, and collateral pieces from invitations to special gifts for events. We've worked on identity graphics for our fleet of airplanes and coordinated the university-wide signage project. Need a tradeshow display for your next trip? Or maybe a T-shirt for your event volunteers? Give us a call and we can help!
There is no charge for these services; however, you must pay for the printing or manufacturing of your project, which can be produced at the campus copy center or at an outside vendor, depending on your budget and the complexity of the job. For jobs printed at the copy center, it is your responsibility to get costs and timelines scheduled, while we prepare the artwork.
For jobs printed through an outside vendor (exceeding $1499), we will prepare an estimate request on receipt of your project and will forward it to the Office of Purchasing, who will contact the prospective vendors. You will receive the estimated cost prior to completion of the artwork for your job. You may select a vendor and use your Procard for jobs costing up to $1499, including items like stationery, forms and small brochures/fliers.
