The Conference Services Bureau provides "one-stop shopping" for planning and managing every aspect of your event at Florida Institute of Technology.  Services include:

  • Reserving space in university buildings
  • Arranging on-campus housing accommodations
  • Providing food services and catering
  • Coodinating complete audio-visual services and equipment
  • Contracting for outside vendor services as needed for transportation, equipment rental, and other event support not readily available from campus resources
  • Locating off-campus providers of special services such as disc jockeys and photographers
  • Accounting for all expenses for events and preparation of a single invoice for the event, detailing all charges and fees
