The Office of Disability Services (ODS) supports the university’s mission of student success by promoting the academic success for students with disabilities at Florida Tech. The office provides a variety of services to assist students with disabilities successfully reach their academic goals.
Rachel Densler, MSW, LCSW
Disability Services Counselor
Mrs. Densler completed her undergraduate degree in Social Work at Longwood University in Virginia. She received her Master’s Degree in Social Work at West Virginia University. She is currently a PhD student at Florida Tech. Mrs. Densler is a clinical social worker in the State of Florida. She has coordinated disability services for Florida Tech since 2009. Mrs. Densler has worked in the field of disability services for over 20 years with several years in the Maryland Public School System. She is responsible for the daily operations of the Office of Disability Services. Services include reviewing eligibility for disability services, coordination of disability services with students and faculty, and case management services. She is a member of the Association on Higher Education and Disability and the National Association of Social Workers.
The Office of Disability Services is located in the Evans Pavilion Annex which is situated in front of the Evans Library.
Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm
