The mission of the Office of Environmental and Regulatory Compliance is to support and advance the teaching, learning and research activities of the University through promotion of a safe and healthy campus environment by providing and coordinating programs and services that minimize safety, health, environmental and regulatory risks to the Florida Tech community in a manner consistent with responsible fiscal and environmental stewardship.
The mission of the Safety Committee shall be to work toward the elimination of work place injuries and illnesses. The Safety Committee provides a mean for active participation of staff, their representatives, and management personnel to assist Florida Tech in achieving a safe and healthful workplace. Operating within an established set of bylaws, the goals of the committees include promoting wellness, and investigating complaints and accountability.
