Dr. Lail is an associate professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Florida Institute of Technology, Melbourne, FL. Prior to joining FIT, he served as college instructor in the Klipsch School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at New Mexico State University, Las Cruces, NM and Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Central Florida, Orlando, FL.
