Personal Overview

National speaker and trainer, Cindy Schmitt, has over 20 years of experience in the fields of training, performance management and process improvement. Her experience includes motivational speaking, performance management training, and process improvement consulting for schools, non-profit organizations, businesses and governmental agencies across the United States. 

Cindy holds a Bachelor's of Professional Studies from Barry University and a Master's in Computer Information Systems from Florida Tech. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Social Research.  Cindy has served on numerous boards and committees at local, state, and national level. Cindy Schmitt's realistic, upbeat, and systematic approach has earned her recognition as a leader in her field. Two such honors include Air Force Space Command Training Director of the Year, and the Air Force Professional Performer Award given to the top 5%.

Currently, Cindy is the Senior Director of Continuing Education program which includes the Applied Behavior Analysis Professional Development Program that is offered live and through distance learning. She is currently involved in research involving instructional technology in the online learning environment. Her passion is discovering and experimenting with new learning technologies.
