Panther Dining Hall

Panther Dining Hall is the main residential dining room; located in the center of campus, just south of the Clemente Center.  Panther Dining is an *all you care to eat* style cafeteria that features a variety display cooking stations including an international bar, pizza buffet, pasta to order, home-style entrees with carvery, grill, deli and panini bar, salad, dessert and beverage bars. 

Because of the extended serving hours, not all services may be available while we reset between meals. Some entrees may not be available for late night meal service.  The Panther Dining Hall manager can be reached at ext. 8040

Homestyle

Baked Haddock with Roasted Garlic Cream
Fresh haddock is seasoned with spices and fresh dill, baked and topped with a roasted garlic cream sauce.

Bread Dressing
Bread crumbs tossed with herbs, onion and celery then baked.

California Blend Vegetables (Vegan) (GF)
A blend of broccoli, cauliflower and carrots.

Carved Roasted Turkey (GF)
Oven roasted boneless breast of turkey carved to order.

Green Peas (GF)

Jeweled Brown Rice
Contains nuts. Celery, dried cranberries, mixed nuts, scallions, honey, lemon juice, orange zest, curry, turmeric and ginger spices .

Mashed Red Skin Potatoes (GF)
Seasoned with whole milk, margarine, kosher salt and black pepper.

Turkey Gravy
Made with roast turkey pan drippings.

Shrimp Scampi Pasta
Succulent shrimp sautéed with garlic, wine, butter and garlic then tossed with spaghetti salt and pepper.

Oven baked and topped with our own pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese.
