Panther Dining Hall

Panther Dining Hall is the main residential dining room; located in the center of campus, just south of the Clemente Center.  Panther Dining is an *all you care to eat* style cafeteria that features a variety display cooking stations including an international bar, pizza buffet, pasta to order, home-style entrees with carvery, grill, deli and panini bar, salad, dessert and beverage bars. 

Because of the extended serving hours, not all services may be available while we reset between meals. Some entrees may not be available for late night meal service.  The Panther Dining Hall manager can be reached at ext. 8040

Pasta Florentine with Ham
Julienned ham, green peas, fresh mushrooms, garlic & parsley simmered in a chicken cream sauce and topped with Parmesan cheese.
