Rho Lambda—Panhellenic Leadership
The National Panhellenic Leadership
Recognition Society

The Greek letters Rho and Lambda stand for Panhellenic and Leadership. The flame is our symbol for leaders who light a torch in the darkness for others to follow. Membership is intended for any sorority woman who is involved in Panhellenic in some way or another. The purpose of Rho Lambda is to honor those women within the sorority community who have exhibited the highest qualities of leadership and service to their Greek community and their sorority. Crimson and gold are Rho Lambda’s colors. The pin is a broken triangle with a crimson inset bearing the Greek leaders Rho Lambda in gold. There are over 214 chapters throughout North America.

The purpose of Order of Omega is to recognize the fraternity and sorority members that have attained a high standard of leadership in interfraternity activities. Together they bring together outstanding members and alumni to help create an atmosphere where ideas and issues can be discussed openly across Greek lines and to help work out solutions.
