Petition to Graduate Deadlines

The dates listed below are the deadlines by which the Registrar must receive your petition to graduate. If you miss the deadline, a late fee will be assessed.

Successful defenses or Final Program Exam (FPE) must be completed by the deadline indicated in order to graduate that semester.

Spring 2012

Last day to petition without a late fee September 16, 2011
Last day to Re-petition (students who had petitioned for FA 11) January 30, 2012
Complete Defense or Pass Exam April 23, 2012
Graduation Date May 5, 2012 - Saturday ceremony 

Summer 2012

Last day to petition without  a late fee January 13,  2012
Last day to Re-petition (students who had petitioned for SP 12) June 8, 2012
Complete Defense or Pass Exam July 16, 2012
Graduation Date July 27 - No ceremony

Fall 2012

Last day to petition without a late fee March 30, 2012
Last day to Re-petition (students who had petitioned for SP/SU 12) September 7, 2012
Complete Defense or Pass Exam December 3, 2012
  Graduation Date
 		December 15, 2012 -  Saturday ceremony
