Holzer Health Center Costs
All students, regardless of insurance, are eligible for receiving services at the Student Health Center. There is no charge to be seen in the Student Health Center, however, if any lab work, diagnostic studies or procedures are necessary they will be billed to your personal or school health insurance policy.

Student Coverage
Charged 50% ($553.50) Fall Semester and Charged 50% ($553.50) Spring Semester for a total of $1107.00
Dependant Coverage
Full-time degree-seeking domestic and all international students who are married or single parents who have one or more children living with them may purchase health insurance for these dependents by completing the appropriate form at the Campus Services Office and paying for the additional insurance at the Student Accounting Office (Bursar's Office).
The student health insurance fee is refundable only if the student pays for the coverage and subsequently does not enroll at Florida Tech.

Exceptions
- New students starting in Spring semester will be charged a pro-rated cost (inquire Campus Services).
- New students starting in Summer term will be charged a pro-rated cost (inquire Campus Services).
- Students enrolling outside of the open enrollment period will be charged a pro-rated cost based on the remaining time frame being covered
