Were read and approved.

Guideline

Official approval is on hold. The technology committees have not met since the guidelines were submitted.

Old Business

WFIT would like to accept donations on-line. A temporary fix has been provided for them until the university determines an e-business plan. They have also requested the addition of a commercial link from their site as a revenue source. Dr. Richard Newman and Jim DeSantis are discussing this request.

It was recommended that Athletics review the possibility of posting their pages on totalsports.com. This seems to be a growing trend among Athletic Departments nationally.

The committee continued the discussion on web design and the proposed Florida Tech site restructuring. Members should bring their input/suggestions to the next meeting.

New Business

A link to the Clemente Center page from the front page has been requested. The committee recommends this could be accessed from a What's New section on the front page.
