Express Mailing Service

The International Student & Scholar Services office is pleased to make available DHL and FedEx Express mailing of documents to students overseas and in the United States.  The ISSS office uses an express mail service called eShipGlobal that will allow you to receive your documents through DHL or FedEx in 3-5 days.

In order to request express mailing of your documents, you must use the eShipGlobal website provided below - do not go through the FedEx or DHL websites directly.  All communication will go through eShipGlobal, who will notify us that you are requesting your documents to be sent by express mail.

Requesting your documents through express mail is at YOUR expense and your credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover cards only) will be charged upon requesting the service. 

You will be required to create a user name and password to setup an account.  To request shipment, you will need your Florida Tech ID, email address, phone number, and credit card information.  Please select the Florida Institute of Technology ISSS Office as your sender.  Enter your Florida Tech ID number in the student ID field.

Please pay close attention to the information submitted, as errors in the credit card information or submitting incorrect or incomplete address information will result in a delay in the mailing of your documents.
