Italy  Dates and Deadlines

  • Program Dates – June 22 -29
  • Depart US – June 22
  • Arrive Florence, Italy – June 23
  • 3 nights each in Rome and Florence.
    • 2.5 days in Florence,
    • 2.5 days in Rome
    • 1 day in Venice or Tuscan Hills (optional day trip).
  • Depart Italy for London Heathrow – June 29
    • 2-3 hour flight.  Designated BA flight required for group transport (TBA)

FEE Due Dates:

  • December 1 – Application deadline – Program applications and registration fees
    ($100 non-refundable Italy registration fee. This is in addition to the $300 Oxford program application fee.) 
  • February 1 – $1000 Italy fee
  • May 7 – Italy balance of $800 due (minus $1100 paid previously)

All on campus participants are required to attend two pre-departure meetings in spring 2013.

Spaces are limited and are on a first come, first served basis for eligible students (Florida Tech Oxford Program participants only), so do not wait for the deadline to apply.

Information session dates and orientation dates will be added to this link in the future, so check back often.

All participants should apply for a passport no later than February 15. Non-U.S. citizens should begin obtaining visas by March 1 or sooner.  The final deadline for requesting visa letters is March 1.

All fees are non-refundable.

Apply for Financial Aid for both Italy and Oxford in early spring semester.
