Council for Ecumenical Student Christian Ministries
The Council for Ecumenical Student Christian Ministries is a partnership of six denominational church bodies along with their student leadership teams. Those church bodies include the Disciples of Christ Church, the Episcopal Church, the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, the Presbyterian Church, the United Church of Christ, and the United Methodist Church. They come together as one to witness to God and be of service to one another. This council is the only ecumenical body of its kind in the United States.
