These affordable online courses, offered monthly, provide a great way to enhance skills you already have, learn new concepts and skills needed for your job, or just explore new interests.  Categories include Computer Applications, Web Graphics & Multimedia, Sales & Marketing, Career Development, Writing and Publishing, Digital Photography & Video, and more.

Online Career Development Courses

Need Cisco or Microsoft certification? Interested in Web development training? Looking for administrative courses in medical transcription or billing and coding? Changing careers to be a Pharmacy Technician? Many courses are Florida Tech branded and taught online through Gatlin Education Services (GES).

Technology and Computer Courses

MATLAB

For students, engineers, scientists and programmers who want to learn MATLAB in a short time. This course is taught by Florida Tech faculty members Susan Earles, Ph.D. and Georgios C. Anagnostopoulos Ph.D at Florida Tech's main campus in Melbourne.

SPSS

For biologists, engineers, scientists, healthcare professionals and students who want to learn SPSS in a short time. This marvelous hands-on statistics course is taught by Florida Tech faculty member Richard Tankersley, Ph.D. at Florida Tech's main campus in Melbourne.

 ArcGIS

For those with some experience using geospatial principles and applications, but no ArcGIS software experience. Students should have knowledge of basic GIS concepts but it is not necessary.

Aviation English

Newly instituted ICAO language standards require the aviation industry to implement English language testing and training strategies. This program can be delivered totally online, or in a blended learning environment. We can design a program that fits your busy schedule!
