LEAN Training LeanPro® Online
Florida Institute of Technology, through its Lean to Green Institute, is offering a suite of 3 online courses on Lean because an enterprise has a greater potential to launch successful Lean projects when all employees have access to a Lean education. Distance learning courses provide an effective and economical way to educate everyone at all levels in the organization in the principles of Lean and help them become “Lean thinkers.”
All Time Wise® distance learning courses are SCORM compliant and are structured in self-paced chapters complete with real world case studies, photos, interactive exercises, working forms, Lean procedures, and quizzes.
Course Overview
Each course is a comprehensive overview of the rules, tools and elements of Lean, authored by experts with hands-on, practical worldwide experience. The structured content presents Lean theory, best practices, case studies and in-depth discussion of Lean principles in a clear, concise manner where the “how-to’s” needed to effectively train and deploy Lean. Designed for the flexibility of work schedules, the course may be started, stopped, and accessed at any time. The length of time needed to complete the course varies according to reading speed and familiarity with Lean concepts, but generally takes between 20 to 40 hours.
