What is a Marketing degree?
The College of Business at Florida Tech offers a diverse and innovative portfolio of academic programs aimed at preparing the leaders of tomorrow to excel in business and industry. Our dynamic marketing degree curriculum provides students with the tools for success in a global society. Students enjoy one-on-one contact with faculty mentors, a close-knit community of peers, a technologically integrated learning environment and hands-on experiences in real-world endeavors.

Learning
Internships and Cooperative Learning: All marketing degree majors and College of Business students complete a Business Practicum in the second semester of their senior year. The practicum bridges the gap between classroom studies and the real world, easing the transition from business student to industry professional. Students are matched with a host organization of interest to them where they will conduct a "live case analysis" of the organization.
Future Outcomes
Outcomes - Grad School: After graduation, marketing degree majors and College of Business students have an excellent background in the business and management fields and can directly enter the job market, in commerce, industry, government or other areas. Many students wish to continue into graduate school or enter one of the professional fields such as law, where t hey will have had an excellent undergraduate preparation. A number of our College of Business graduates attend graduate school.
