Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and Organizational Behavior Management
The intensive double degree of ABA and OBM provides graduates with the skills and credentials to work in clinical or human service settings, and in business and industry. It also prepares graduates to work as consultants or in managerial or administrative positions. This degree program is only offered on the main campus in Melbourne.
Degree Requirements
A minimum of 50 credit hours is required for this program. Requirements include completing the core curriculum (21 credit hours), additional coursework related to clinical and education applications of applied behavior analysis; additional coursework related to organizational behavior management; intensive practical training (9 credit hours); a capstone project in both areas or a thesis, approved elective(s) and a final program examination. All courses for a letter grade must be passed with a grade of B or better. The final program examination for all students consists of a multiple-choice examination simulating the Behavior Analyst Certification Board’s certification examination at the behavior analyst (BCBA®) level and covers material from the core courses. The final program examination is administered toward the end of the student’s second spring semester.
