To Establish Benefit Eligibility
- The VA must determine your veterans benefit eligibility. Apply online at the Department of Veterans Affairs and complete the application for education benefits (Form 22-1990) or Request for Change of Program or Place of Training (Form 22-1995).
- On receipt of a certificate of eligibility letter from the VA submit a copy of the certificate letter and a copy of your DD214 to the appropriate Florida Tech office (see contact information below).
