The Industry Advisory Group for the FAA COE CST, more formally known as the COE-CST Advisory Committee(CESTAC) has been chartered with major responsibilities: Assess the effectiveness and continued relevance of the FAA COE-CST Research Program in meeting the needs of the CST developers and operators, Recommend future directions for the FAA Commercial Space Transportation research investment.

Measuring Cross Cultural Competence (3C) in a Military Setting
The term cross-cultural competence (3C) has been used to describe the ability to successfully work in multicultural settings. Cross-cultural competence has attracted increasing attention from business and the military. ICCM was contracted to assist the military in gaining a better understanding of cross-cultural competence and how they can train and assess service members to be more culturally competent. Our researchers developed a cross-cultural source material database, examined and critiqued existing measures of cross-cultural competence and developed a new dynamic measure of 3C.
