Columbia Village
Columbia Village is the newest on-campus residence complex situated in a beautiful palm tree oasis by the Crane Creek. It not only offers suite-style living but also provides a sense of being an important part of an exceptional community. Its cornerstones are help, respect and responsibility, and Columbia Village resident assistants follow these principles for creating fun and educational programs to further enrich students' horizons during their years in college and beyond.

Residence Hall Quad
Stand in the Quad at noon on a Monday and you can truly feel the pulse of Florida Tech. The Residence Hall Quad is centrally located on campus, a mere five-minute walk from most classrooms—a fact appreciated by quad residents when squeezing in those crucial three extra minutes of sleep on the morning of a final. There is no residence area which can boast of as much diversity as the Quad.

Roberts Hall
Roberts Hall offers a tailor-made environment for first-year students. Each year, its coed population of 250 freshmen fosters a strong sense of community both throughout the building and on each floor.

Special attention is paid to meeting the unique needs of freshmen, both academically and socially. RAs in Roberts regularly feature programs geared toward first-year residents that make adjusting to college an engaging experience.

The camaraderie and friendship that develops among residents of Roberts Hall is further enriched by its diverse population, making Roberts a fantastic place to embark on your college career.

Southgate Apartments
Southgate offers a living style that fosters a unique sense of community yet still maintains a sense of independence. The complex contains nine buildings, each with an average of 15 apartments, as well as a swimming pool, basketball court, football/soccer/baseball field and a beach volleyball court . This variety of amenities creates an active, friendly, fun atmosphere.

A security officer is present from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. daily who is friendly and willing to assist residents in any way possible.
Spacious apartments are available for single, double and triple occupancy accommodations. Each apartment contains extra-long twin beds and a complete kitchen including a full size refrigerator, electric range and ample cupboard space. Residents must provide the remainder of their furnishings to add their own personal touch.

Southgate residents enjoy their own personal space while still living within a very closely knit college community.
