Your entire Safety Plan Report is Due before you may begin purchasing for or building your project. This date is plastic depending on your proposed schedule.

No plan may be submitted to the ERC until the Faculty providing the final grade for the project provides the ERC with an email notice of acceptance of the Students' Preliminary Senior Design Review report as acceptable.

Important: You cannot build, buy, or organize a work location until your safety plan is turned in AND approved. It may take more than one iteration to arrive at a Safety Plan Report that will be acceptable to all reviewing parties. So do not wait until the day before you wish to start building, buying or working. It usually takes a week to review any given plan - depending on complexity more or less time.

If the scope of your project changes after your plan is approved, then you must re-submit your plan for re-approval before you proceed with the change.
