Overview

Pay your tuition & fees in convenient monthly installments using Florida Tech's Panther Payment Plan. The Panther Payment Plan is designed to help students and their families effectively budget their out-of-pocket expenses each semester. Plans are available for both undergraduate and graduate level students.

AS A CONDITION OF THE PAYMENT PLAN, TRANSCRIPTS AND DIPLOMAS WILL NOT BE RELEASED OR AWARDED UNTIL THE PAYMENT PLAN IS PAID IN FULL AND THE STUDENT ACCOUNT BALANCE IS ZERO.

Important Notice: The Panther Payment Plan is entirely web-based. This means that you both enroll and make your monthly payments online using Access Florida Tech, clicking on the Student Money tab, logging in to PAWS, and enrolling through your Student Account Center. If you have any questions, please contact the Office of Account Management at (800) 676-9250.

Fast - Enrolling in the Panther Payment Plan is quick and easy. Look for the Panther Payment Plan in your Student Account Center, by logging in to Access Florida Tech, clicking on the Student Money tab, and using PAWS.

Secure - Pay online using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) or by electronic debit of a checking/savings account, knowing your information is secured using industry-leading security features.

Convenient - Fall and Spring plans each offer five monthly payments. A Summer plan is available consisting of three monthly payments.

  • Your plan will automatically recalculate your monthly installments nightly when additional charges or payments post to your student account (charges/payments posted to your student account after 5pm will not be recalculated until after 5pm on the next business day). The Panther Payment Plan system will notify you by e-mail anytime your student account balance recalculates and your installments increase or decrease.
  • Review your plan online though Access Florida Tech, click on the Student Money tab, then PAWS - anywhere you have internet access, anytime.
  • Add authorized payers to your student account: parents, family, friends, or anyone contributing financially to your education.  With your authorization, they can make or pay toward your monthly installments. This does not include Third Party Billing and Tuition Assistance sponsored payments.  

Inexpensive - The Panther Payment Plan is an inexpensive, interest free payment alternative. Avoid finance charges by enrolling prior to a semster's tuition & fee due date. Enrollment costs only $30.00 per semester, with an optional down payment.

How to Enroll 

Step 1. Log in to Access Florida Tech
  • Click on the Student Money tab.
  • Click on the link to PAWS on the left-hand side.
Step 2. Log in to PAWS
  • Select the Student tab.
  • Select the Payment/Student Account Information option.
  • Select the term and click on SUBMIT.
  • Click on the MAKE A PAYMENT button.
  • If the next screen says "If redirection fails, click on the bill payment button", then click on BILL PAYMENT, and this will take you to the Student Account Center.
Step 3.  Once in the Student Account Center
  • Select the Payment Plans tab from the tab bar under the Florida Tech logo at the top of your screen. 
  • On the next screen, click on the green button that says Enroll Now. 
  • From the View Payment Plans For Term drop box, select the term of the plan you wish to enroll in; click on SELECT.
  • The next screen explains the $30 setup fee. Scroll down and click on CONTINUE.
  • The next screen gives you the opportunity to make a down payment (it is not required). Click on DISPLAY PAYMENT SCHEDULE.
  • Review the installments and due dates. Below the installments, there's a Yes or No question. *If you select Yes, you're agreeing to automatic payments on the due dates. If you select No, you're agreeing to login and make the payments on or before the due date, using any method you wish. Click on CONTINUE.
  • In the next screen, you will be paying for the $30 setup fee plus the down payment, if entered. Use the dropdown menu to select the payment method that you will use to pay. If you selected Yes and agreed to automatic payments, this is also the method that will be used on the due dates for the monthly installments. Click on CONTINUE.
  • Enter your payment method information and click on CONTINUE.
  • The next screen is your Agreement. Take time to read it, scroll to the bottom, and click in the box that says "I Agree". Print this for your records. Click on CONTINUE.
  • The last page is the Thank You page, and confirms that you're in the Panther Payment Plan. Print this for your records. You're done!

Panther Payment Plan - Fall

Fall enrollment opens on July 21. There is a $30.00 setup fee charged and due at the time of enrollment, with an optional down payment.
