The Support Services Mission:

To provide responsive, efficient and effective service in a manner that facilitates and supports the academic, administrative, and student services of the University by treating individuals as valued and respected customers.

What is Support Services?

The Support Services group encompasses the offices of Human Resources, and the Business and Retail Operations. It is our goal to facilitate and support the academic, student services and other missions of the University. The behind the scenes effort and commitment of the Support Services group is just one of the reasons that Florida Tech is such a great place to learn, work and grow.

Some of the services provided by the support services departments include:

Human Resources provides a variety of functions for the university faculty and staff such as workforce solutions, employee policies, health and wellness benefits, retirement investment information, staff development and tuition reimbursement.

Business and Retail Operations covers campus dining and catering services, a conference services bureau, student housing, the copy center, property administration, shipping and receiving and the mailroom.
