This is an amended agenda for the meeting.  I have made changes to accommodate both Dr. McCay and to incorporate changes requested by Dr. Baum that I inadvertently 

Our next UGCC meeting is scheduled for 8:00 AM Friday,  December 1, 2006 in the 2nd floor conference room of the Physical Sciences Building. The agenda items I have received are listed below.  All documents in support of these requests can be located at this URL http://www.fit.edu/ugcc/  in the December, 2006 folder.   I suggest that you right click on each document and either open in a new window or save to your C drive for later printing.

I have several documents for this month, so if I have skipped anyone or uploaded the wrong version of a document, please advise as soon as possible so that I can correct my error.  And because of the Thanksgiving holidays, I have sent the agenda early.

     b.  College of Psychology and Liberal Arts:  Adding a new course, HUM 1010 Creative Arts Practicum,  HUM  1150 Fundamentals of Music, HUM 2151 Music Theory I (see hum music.pdf).  This also involves discontinuing HUM 3150 Masterworks of Music and reviving the two semester music survey - HUM 3151 Medieval, Renaissance, and Baroque Music, and HUM 3152 Classical, Romantic, and Modern Music.

  6.  College of Science:  Adding a new minor in Physics (see PhysMinor-package.doc)   [Carried over from 10.27.06 and 11.03.06 meetings]

Please remember that all the items above that have been placed on the Consent Agenda can be removed by any member.  If any member wishes to remove an item for discussion, please notify me before or at the beginning of the meeting. The remaining items on the consent agenda will be approved as item 1.
