*When applying to college, permanent residents must also submit a copy of both sides of resident alien card.
First Year Student (Freshman), International
- International Application
- Official high school or secondary school transcripts, diplomas or leaving certificates
- Admission essay
- Undergraduate I-20 request form
- A photocopy of the photo page of your passport
- An official bank letter as proof of finances
Transfer Student, U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident*
- Application (Domestic)
- Official transcripts from all colleges or universities attended
- High school transcripts (if you have fewer than 24 earned credits)
- SAT or ACT Score (if you have fewer than 24 earned credits)
*When applying to college, permanent residents must also submit a copy of both sides of resident alien card
Transfer Student, International
- International Application
- Official transcripts direct from all universities or tertiary institutions attended
- Official high school or secondary school transcripts, diplomas or leaving certificates (if you have less one year of university work)
- Undergraduate I-20 request form
- Transfer eligibility form (if you have been studying in the U.S. prior to transfer)
- A photocopy of the photo page of your passport
- An official bank letter as proof of finances

Official Transcripts
Official transcripts may be submitted via Docufide™ or directly to Florida Tech from the issuing institution.
English Language Proficiency
English language proficiency is required of all students whose home language is not English and who are taking academic courses at Florida Tech. The university catalog outlines all English language proficiency admission requirements.
**All transcripts and documents submitted to the Florida Institute of Technology become the property of the Florida Institute of Technology, and cannot be returned to the student or forwarded to other institutions.
