Stop 48 - Nancy Bottge Varsity Softball Field
Part of the F.W. Olin Sports Complex, the varsity field is home to the Florida Tech Panthers softball team. Panther softball team.
Stop 47 - Rick Stottler Soccer Field
Part of the F.W. Olin Sports Complex, the Rick Stottler Soccer Field is the home of the Florida Tech Panthers soccer team. The field was named after volunteer coach Rick Stottler, who was the driving force behind the soccer program.
Stop 46 - Andy Seminick-Les
Hall
Baseball Field
Part of the F.W. Olin Sports Complex, this field is home to the Florida Tech Panthers baseball team. It was named in honor of two former Florida Tech head baseball coaches, Andy Seminick and Les Hall.
Stop 45 - Intramural Field
Part of the F.W. Olin Sports Complex, this field is used by students for intramural team competition.
Stop 44 - Aquaculture Laboratory
Aquaculture is the theory and practice of culturing marine and freshwater plants and animals. It is commonly called fish farming, although aquaculture has other applications as well. Florida Tech established the first undergraduate aquaculture program in the United States in 1977. With the completion of this facility, faculty and students have expanded opportunities to conduct research. Emphasis is placed on culture methodology of commercially important organisms such as phytoplankton, zooplankton, crustaceans, molluscs and fish.
Stop 43 - F.W. Olin Sports Complex
The F.W. Olin Sports Complex provides state-of-the-art baseball and softball diamonds, a soccer field and an intramural field for all students to enjoy.
Stop 42 - All Faiths Center
Operating from the All Faiths Center are two full-time university chaplains-a Catholic priest and a Protestant minister. They conduct worship services and provide spiritual guidance and values-based education.
Stop 41 - Aerospace
Structures
Laboratory
This laboratory features a drop-tower for impact testing of structures and materials, and a shaker table for the vibration testing of structures. There are also ovens, vacuum pumps and other paraphernalia for custom preparation of material specimens from advanced composite materials.
Stop 40 - ROTC Tower
Florida Tech's Army ROTC tower offers students in the military science program an opportunity to participate in rappelling activities. The military science program at Florida Tech is a four-year elective program that can earn a student, male or female, a commission in the U.S. Army, the U.S. Army Reserve or the Army National Guard.
Stop 39 - Wave Tank Research
The Surf Mechanics Laboratory lab supports teaching and research in wave mechanics, marine hydrodynamics and coastal processes.
Stop 38 - School of Psychology
The School of Psychology building houses classrooms, offices, observation and treatment rooms, computer facilities and conference areas. The school offers undergraduate degrees in psychology, master's degrees in applied behavior analysis and industrial/organizational psychology, and a doctoral degree in clinical psychology, which is accredited by the American Psychological Association.
Stop 37 - Allen S. Henry Building
The Allen S. Henry Building is home to the Office for Advancement, Office of Development and University Communications.
Stop 36 - College of Business
Florida Tech's College of Business is highly regarded in the community and has gained national recognition for providing students with unique opportunities for real-world experience. Its curriculum offers students a broad-based knowledge in five areas of business-accounting, economics, finance, management and marketing.
Stop 35 - Fish Biology
These buildings house laboratories for the department of biological sciences. Undergraduate and Graduate students work closely with a faculty member who advises them on the pursuit of an area of study, such as DNA research, plant physiology, fish biology, fish ecophysiology, aquaculture or marine microbiology.

Center for Sports and
Recreation
This 58,000-square-foot facility houses varsity and intramural basketball courts, a racquetball court, a complete fitness center, group fitness room, volleyball and badminton courts, the Center Court food services area, men's and women's locker rooms, an equipment checkout area and two multipurpose meeting rooms. The center has a seating capacity of 3,500 and hosts the university's annual commencement ceremony as well as many community events.

Physical Sciences
Center
The F.W. Olin Physical Sciences Center houses the dean of the College of Science; chemistry, physics and space sciences offices and laboratories; a high-bay research area; an observatory dome; and a rooftop deck area that will accommodate up to 15 additional telescopes.

Engineering
Complex
The F.W. Olin Engineering Complex houses all departments of the College of Engineering with the exception of the department of marine and environmental systems, which is housed in the Link Building. This three-story facility includes 26 specialized research and teaching laboratories and the 145-seat Lynn Edward Weaver Auditorium.
Stop 31 - F.W. Olin Life Sciences Building
The F.W. Olin Life Sciences Building is home to the biological sciences programs. This two-story facility contains eight teaching laboratories and 12 research laboratories that were designed with "flex space" for customizing the areas to meet the needs of specific activities.
Stop 30 - Counseling
and Psychological
Services
Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) is run by the School of Psychology to provide professional counseling services, consultation and testing for Florida Tech students. The goal of CAPS is to assist students in developing the best possible vocational, academic and emotional health. The CAPS office is open during normal business hours Monday through Friday and offers a 24-hour crisis hotline.
Stop 29 - Institutional Research
This building houses the Office of Institutional Research, which is responsible for coordinating the collection and dissemination of campus data for both internal and external reporting purposes. The office serves as the source for official data about the university.

Psychological
Services
Community Psychological Services of Florida Tech (CPS) provides a full range of psychological services to the local community. The CPS staff is comprised of master's degree therapists in the School of Psychology's clinical psychology doctoral program. A faculty member who is a licensed clinical psychologist supervises each therapist.
Stop 27 - Holzer Health Center
This on-campus clinic provides health care for students and their families. The Holzer Health Center is operated by OMNI Healthcare, a private medical provider. All full-time and part-time students may use this facility and receive free office visitation and consultation. Students may use their university student health insurance or third-party insurance (in accordance with their health insurance policy provisions) along with personal funds to pay for any additional services provided by OMNI Healthcare.

Performing Arts
Center
The 500-seat W. Lansing Gleason Performing Arts Center is designed for stage plays, musical productions, scientific displays, lectures, seminars, camps and conferences. It is equipped with professional stage facilities and a complete control booth for lighting and sound. The auditorium is a cultural asset for the university and surrounding community.
Stop 25 - Crawford Building
The seven-story Crawford Building provides space for modern laboratories, and classrooms and faculty offices for the mathematical sciences, and humanities and communications departments. Crawford offers a spectacular view of campus from its seventh floor conference room and is great for watching launches from Cape Canaveral.
Stop 24 - George M. Skurla Hall
George M. Skurla Hall is home to the College of Aeronautics. It is a modern two-story building that includes classrooms, faculty offices, a 125-seat auditorium and laboratories for research in air traffic control and advanced systems. The College of Aeronautics is accredited by the Council of Aviation Accreditation and offers FAA-approved flight training at the nearby Melbourne International Airport.
Stop 23 - Work Building
The Ray A. Work Jr. Building houses the Office of the Registrar, human resources, copy center and part of the division of financial affairs. One of the original buildings on campus, it was dedicated in 1987 to Ray Work, who served the university for 29 years as a teacher and administrator. The building features two bas-reliefs from the original structure-one depicting the Greek hero Bellerophon and the second portraying the search for world peace through education.
Stop 22 - The J.E.
Miller Office
Building
This building, which houses the Office of the President, was named in honor of John E. Miller, a past president of the university.
Stop 21 - The Quad
Centrally located on campus, the quad includes four classroom buildings adjacent to the Evans Library and the Denius Student Center.
Stop 20 - Link Building
The Link Building houses the department of marine and environmental systems and is named in honor of Edwin A. Link-a pioneering undersea explorer. The building is also home to the National Center for Small Business Information.
Stop 19 - Evans Library
The four-story, 65,000-square-foot John H. Evans Library is centrally located on campus to serve the academic and research needs of Florida Tech students and faculty, as well as to provide service to the entire Space Coast area. It includes a contiguous learning pavilion housing the Applied Computing Center, Academic Support Center and a teaching auditorium.
Stop 18 - Shephard Building
Accessible only by a wooden bridge near the Botanical Garden, this building is often referred to as "the treehouse" by students. The Shephard Building houses the department of science and mathematics education. Facilities include a resource center and an instructional technology laboratory.
Stop 17 - Frueauff Building
Frueauff is home to civil engineering and computer science classrooms and research facilities. In addition to classroom learning, students spend their time on sponsored research projects, such as troubleshooting software to discover programming flaws and developing software that tests programs for private companies.
Stop 16 - Athletic Field
The athletic field is open for use by student organizations.
Stop 15 - Southgate Apartments
The Southgate Apartments are conveniently located across the street from campus. Southgate offers studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments for upper-division students. The apartments include a stove, range top, refrigerator and bed, but are otherwise unfurnished. Laundry and vending facilities and a swimming pool are all located within the complex.
Stop 14 - Botanical Garden
From sandy uplands of pines and palmettos to a lush hammock of hardwoods, including oaks, maples, hickories and a large collection palms, the 30-acre Florida Tech Botanical Garden is accessible from paths and wooden bridges on the outskirts of Florida Tech's campus or from within the landscaped grounds of the university. You can pick up a Botanical Garden Plant Guide and Nature Trail map at the adjacent Evans Library.
Stop 13 - Denius Student Center
The Homer R. Denius Student Center houses the SUB Café, the bookstore and campus post office. Located on the second floor are the Office of Residence Life and the Office of Student Activities. These offices include the associate dean of students/director of student life, the Student Government Association, Campus Activities Board and other student organizations. Also located here is the Hartley Room, used for special banquets, conferences and large meetings.
Stop 12 - Keuper Building
The Jerome P. Keuper Administration Building should be your first stop when visiting the Florida Tech campus. This building houses the offices of the vice president for student affairs and dean of students, and the directors of financial aid, international student affairs, and career management services and cooperative education. The offices of undergraduate and graduate admission are also located here.
Stop 11 - Brownlie Hall
Brownlie Hall is a coed residence hall for upper-division students. Rooms are double occupancy with private baths. All residence hall rooms are furnished with basic furniture (i.e., desks, beds, desk lamps and wardrobes). Each residence hall room is equipped with two Ethernet connections to the university's fiber-optic network.
Stop 10 - Safety and Security
The Office of Safety and Security, located on the south side of Shaw Hall, is responsible for campus security, parking stickers/permits, escort service for students/staff walking across campus in the evening, and medical and/or maintenance emergencies during off hours.
Stop 9 - Shaw Hall
Shaw Hall is a residence hall that provides a variety of accommodations with community bathrooms. All residence hall rooms are furnished with basic furniture (i.e., desks, beds, desk lamps and wardrobes). Each residence hall room is equipped with two Ethernet connections to the university's fiber-optic network.
Stop 8 - Grissom Hall
Grissom Hall is a residence hall that provides a variety of accommodations with community bathrooms. All residence hall rooms are furnished with basic furniture (i.e., desks, beds, desk lamps and wardrobes). Each residence hall room is equipped with two Ethernet connections to the university's fiber-optic network.
Stop 7 - Evans Hall
Evans Hall is a coed residence hall that provides a variety of accommodations, with private or suite bathrooms. All residence hall rooms are furnished with basic furniture (i.e., desks, beds, desk lamps and wardrobes). Each residence hall room is equipped with two Ethernet connections to the university's fiber-optic network. The university's largest dining facility, Evans Dining, is located on the first floor. The Rathskeller Eatery and Convenience Store is on the lower level of Evans Hall.
Stop 6 - Campbell Hall
Campbell Hall is a coed residence hall that provides a variety of accommodations with community bathrooms. All residence hall rooms are furnished with basic furniture (i.e., desks, beds, desk lamps and wardrobes). Each residence hall room is equipped with two Ethernet connections to the university's fiber-optic network.

Wood Hall is a coed residence hall that provides a variety of accommodations with community bathrooms. Stop 4 - WFIT Radio
WFIT 89.5FM is located in Roberts Hall. WFIT is a Brevard County public radio station featuring NPR broadcasting, eclectic music, local news and the program "Inside Florida Tech."
Stop 3 - Roberts Hall
Roberts Hall is a coed residence hall that provides a variety of accommodations with community bathrooms. All residence hall rooms are furnished with basic furniture (i.e., desks, beds, desk lamps and wardrobes). Each residence hall room is equipped with two Ethernet connections to the university's fiber-optic network.
Stop 2 - Alumni House
The Alumni House serves as the headquarters for the Office of Alumni Affairs, the Alumni Association and the Student Ambassadors. Featuring a large patio and surrounding lawn, this building is a great gathering place for alumni, students and faculty. Events hosted at the Alumni House include barbecues for new and graduating students, receptions, lectures and committee meetings. Alumni House staff are available to answer any questions you may have about the campus. You can also pick up campus maps and schedule campus tours at this location.
Stop 1 - Columbia
Village
Apartments
Columbia Village Suites offer four-bedroom, two-bath, suite-style living at the edge of the Botanical Garden. The seven buildings each house 48 students-four students per apartment. All rooms have Ethernet connections to the university's fiber-optic network.
