Evans Dining, our residential dining facility, is located in the Residence Quad on the second floor of Evans Hall. It is an all-you-care-to-eat style cafeteria that offers a variety of homemade entrées, short-order grill, cook-to-order stir fry station, deli, hot and cold buffet bar, and dessert and beverage bars.
The Rathskeller Eatery is on the ground floor of Evans Hall. It features fresh-baked pizzas, burgers, deli subs and freshly baked Otis Spunkmeyer® gourmet cookies. The convenience store offers bottled drinks, snacks, sandwiches and salads. Black Kats Kafé features Starbucks® coffee and Cheesecake Factory® desserts. Creamice® iced coffee drinks, ice cream shakes and a selection of fried appetizers are also available.
The SUB Café and Deli in the Denius Student Center is a comfortable, casual dining spot in the heart of campus. It features a variety of daily specials, soup and salad bars, full grill service, scrumptious desserts and fresh-baked cookies, along with a complete deli sandwich shop. Stop by Pete’s Java Den and enjoy your favorite cappuccino, espresso, latte, mocha or one of the many gourmet coffees—all freshly ground each day, also featuring Starbucks® Coffee and Krispy Kreme® doughnuts.
Center Court, on the first floor of the Clemente Center, serves the south side of campus. Center Court features Freshën’s® smoothies and Sandella’s® wraps, pizza, quesadillas, rice and noodle bowls.
