Edwin Link Building (1979)

Edwin Link won considerable praise for his contributions to the United States and Allied war effort during World War II. Link devised the first flight simulator and pioneered the construction of submersibles and research in ocean engineering. Edwin Link and his wife, Marion, joined Florida Tech at its beginning. The university's trustees named this building in his honor. Marilyn Link, Edwin Link's sister, continues the Link family's long association with the university as one of the trustees.
