If you are interested in being a ProTrack Co-op applicant, you will want to begin by writing a strong résumé, practicing your interviewing skills, and learning how to conduct a job search. Career Management Services is available to assist you with these. Please see our list of services here.
If you are a freshman or do not have much work experience to notate on your résumé, you can use this résumé worksheet to help you get started. You can also use one of our sample résumé templates to help you build your format. Once you are satisfied that your résumé represents you, you will want to upload it to your profile.
Once you accept a job offer, contact the Co-Op Advisor to obtain the Co-Op Application Packet (and CPT Form if you are an international student) to register for co-op.
Students are responsible for finding a co-op job on their own. There are several job search sites that you can use to assist you with your job search, including Handshake, CareerShift, LinkedIn, and others. In addition, Career Management Services is available to assist you with your job search. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or log into your Handshake account to select an appointment time that's convenient for you.
