BCBAs Needed in the Central Florida Area

Applied Behavior Center for Autism is looking for self-directed, motivated, and skilled board-certified behavior analysts to provide parent training and supervision within our hourly division. We are currently hiring multiple FT (30+ / hours / week) and PT (less than 30 hours / week) BCBA's. Flexible schedule, time off, health benefits, 401k contribution, CEU reimbursement, laptop, phone, office workspace, and mileage reimbursement.


  • Parent training
  • Supervision during sessions; includes RBT's, BCaBA and BCBA candidates
  • Updating and modifying therapy plans
  • Provide and submit written documentation on each therapy sessions
  • Assessments and re-assessments
  • Travel is required


  • Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field of study
  • Current certification and in good standing with the BACB
  • 1-5 years of experience
  • Strong communication skills required
  • Ability to work under high-stress situations
  • Exhibits significant reliable habits, including timeliness and organizational skills
  • Proven experience working with pre-school and elementary school-aged children
  • Additional evidence of successful work with patients suffering from Autism and development issues
