Prior to Dr. Mary Ann Gaal’s career teaching, she spent 20 years in construction, beginning with working on multi-million dollar construction sites as a field engineer to work as a project manager and Owner’s Representative for educational and commercial projects. Dr. Gaal continues to work with Engineers and Architects as a consultant managing projects for Owners. She also has completed forensic document analysis on completed projects.
