There are four types of financial assistance available to graduate students:
Graduate students who are U.S. citizens or eligible non-citizens may qualify for Federal Student Loans. Students wishing to utilize Federal student loans must meet the Basic Eligibility Criteria set forth by the U.S. Department of Education. Click here for eligibility and renewal requirements.
Qualifying graduate students have two Federal student loan options: the Federal Direct Unsubsidized Stafford loan and the Federal Direct Graduate PLUS Loan. Please note that the Graduate PLUS loan requires a credit application that can be completed through studentloans.gov. For more information on Federal student loans, please visit studentloans.gov.
Well-qualified students offered admission to a Florida Tech master's or doctoral program at the Melbourne, Florida campus may be eligible for a graduate assistantship, DGRATS or fellowship. Interested students should visit their college for more detailed information.
Select students may be offered a Graduate Scholarships based on their academic achievements. All applicants are reviewed for scholarship eligibility at the time of admission.
