Amelia Earhart Fellowship Grant $10,000

Sponsored by Zonta international: Open to women of any nationality pursuing a Ph.D./doctoral degree, who demonstrate a superior academic record in the field of aerospace-related sciences or aerospace-related engineering.  Students must be registered in a full-time Ph.D./doctoral program and completed at least one year of that program or have received a master's degree in an aerospace-related field at the time the application is submitted. Post-doctoral research programs are not eligible for the Fellowship.  Applicant status will be provided by the end of April 2018.

Sponsored by The Community Foundation for Brevard: Applicants must reside in Brevard County, and preference is given to applicants who graduated from a Brevard County High School. Sponsored by Briggs Cook: Students must currently attend or have been accepted to an accredited college or university in Canada or the U.S. Must be recently accepted to, or currently enrolled in the following programs, with a good academic standing: Childcare, Health Sciences, Medicine, Nursing, or Psychology. Clay Ford Scholarship for CPA Education Amount Varies

Sponsored by The Florida Board of Accountancy: Open to any Florida resident minority student who needs to remain in school for the fifth year required to obtain a Certified Public Accounting (CPA) license.  Students must provide proof of Florida Residency, completion of 120 semester hours from an accredited institution, scholarship ability and performance, financial need by completing the FAFSA, and proof of minority status as defined in Florida Statute 288.703(4).

Open to high school graduates and full-time undergraduates who are U.S. Citizens, whose permanent residence is Pinellas County, Florida, and who meet the grade point average and financial need specified on the grant application website.

Sponsored by the Ford Foundation: Stipend to Ph.D. or Sc.D. degree candidates studying in an eligible research-based discipline in a dissertation-required program at a non-proprietary (not for profit) U.S. institution of higher education who will complete the dissertation during the 2018-2019 academic year, but no later than fall 2019.

Sponsored by Zonta (International) Club of Melbourne. This scholarship is awarded to any woman in her 2nd year of undergraduate studies through her final year of a master’s degree at a university pursing a degree in business. McKnight Doctoral Fellowship $5,000 per year

Sponsored by The Florida Education Fund: Open to African American and Hispanic U.S. citizens who have completed a minimum of a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university and who intend to enroll as a full time Ph.D. student in any eligible program identified on the website. All recipients of the McKnight Ph.D. Fellowship must agree to seek a professional position at a four-year Florida university upon receipt of their degree. There is also an Opportunity to receive an annual stipend of $12,000 for students pursuing PhD degrees.

NAFA Corporate Aviation Business Scholarship $1,000-$5,000

The NAFA Corporate Aviation Business Scholarship was established to benefit university students seeking a business career in Corporate Aviation and, specifically, within the corporate aircraft Finance, Legal and Insurance community.
This Scholarship is offered by the National Aircraft Finance Association (“NAFA”), and the amount of Scholarship funds to be made available each year, and for any one Scholarship winner, shall be determined annually by the NAFA Board of Directors.
NAFA will accept applications from qualified applicants attending Colleges and Universities offering course work in Accounting, Business Marketing, Economics, and/or Finance, with a focus on Aviation Business/Management. All interested applicants must apply through their University’s Financial Aid office, and the University shall submit to NAFA, by no later than October 31st, a list of applicants meeting the NAFA Scholarship requirements. The NAFA Board shall approve all Scholarships to be awarded each year, and advise all Applicants through their University’s Financial Aid Office, by November 30th.

(AWWA).Two-year scholarships are awarded annually to an upper level undergraduate (> 65 credit hours) and a graduate student towards tuition, books and fees.
