The American Society of Civil Engineers is devoted to introducing students of all disciplines to a competitive and educational environment. This is done through competing in events geared towards engaging students both mentally and physically. Members develop technical and team building skills, while also accomplishing the most important goal of all, having fun. Each year, students prepare for the regional competition in hopes of returning to the national stage. For the 2014-2015 school year, Florida Tech placed ninth of twenty-six in the southeastern conference (often regarded to as the most difficult conference in the country) and has both the ambition and determination to further succeed in future years. As a student organization, we depend on the input and support of sponsors in order to remain competitive.
