The Marketing and Communications team leads Florida Tech's brand strategy, communications, and integrated marketing efforts, while serving the creative, editorial, advertising, and promotional needs of the university's many departments. Marketing and Communications is committed to its responsbility as a consistent, authentic, engaging and reliable source of information about Florida Tech for both internal and external audiences.
Marketing and Communications includes Communications, Creative Services, University Marketing, Web Services, and WFIT.
Includes the Florida Tech News Bureau, media relations, and executive and internal communications.
Oversees graphic design and identity, editorial standards, print production, and all associated creative and publication development services. Also maintains the graphic identity policy and style guide.
Oversees university brand strategy and standards, as well as enrollment marketing, inbound marketing, email marketing, content and social media marketing, advertising, search engine optimization, online advertising, the Florida Tech mobile app, summer camp marketing, event support, and web design and strategy.
Oversees design and development of official university websites and provides strategic and technical support to departments' designated web editors. Works closely and collaboratively with Enterprise Systems to maintain and enhance the functionality of Florida Tech websites and associated systems.
Oversees all matters related to the operation and programming of WFIT 89.5FM, a National Public Radio member station serving the Space Coast.
