Laboratory Personnel/Students

The following safety training is required upon hire and annually for personnel and students working in any laboratory on campus.

Follow the instructions below to take the required safety courses on Vivid:

  1. Login to https://support.fit.edu/vividlms/ with your TRACKS/CAS information.
  2. Click on (enroll in new course). Search for and select the appropriate course.
  3. Click the  (home) tab to view your new course.
  4. Click on start tab to begin your training.
  5. Watch the course, take the exam, and save your certificate for your records (the EH&S office will automatically receive certificates updates upon course completion). 

If you do not have access to a computer or if you have difficulty navigating a Vivid course, please contact EHS to schedule a time to take the course in the EHS office where personnel will be available to assist.

Vivid Online Training This course must be completed by all students and personnel prior to working in a laboratory.
