The following safety training is required upon hire and annually for personnel and students working in any laboratory on campus.
Laboratory employees (including students working in labs) must submit the Laboratory Personnel Safety Training Questionnaire. Upon submittal EHS will assign the applicable courses for your position.
If you do not have access to a computer or if you have difficulty navigating a Vivid course, please contact EHS to schedule a time to take the course in the EHS office where personnel will be available to assist.
