Data Entry Standards
Data entry standards training for persons granted update capability to the administrative computer system is the responsibility of each department manager. Training for persons granted inquiry access to the administrative computer system is the responsibility of the training coordinator and will be included in the Banner Navigation Training Session.
Document Review and Maintenance
The Administrative Electronic Information Policy and Data Entry Standards document will be reviewed by the Data Integrity Improvement Team as needed, or as required by Banner System upgrades, or sufficient issuance of policy, procedures, changes to Banner validation tables, or Banner processes.
Department heads, module managers, and ad hoc committee chairpersons are required to send copies of any policies, procedures, changes in Banner validation tables or Banner process to the System Training Coordinator to be included in the next scheduled document review.
