Music Program Events

The Music Program is committed to showcasing the talent and achievements of its students with a series of concerts each semester. As part of our contribution to the arts and cultural live of the Space Coast community, all of our student performances are FREE and open to the public. We encourage our patrons and supporters to sign up on our mailing and email distribution lists to receive information about our upcoming concert season. Please contact 321-674-8082 or music@fit.edu if you would like to make special arrangements for large groups or with any other questions about the performances.

Singer Judy Collins to Co-Host FM Odyssey on WFIT Sept. 6
The show will feature songs and artists that inspired Collins, stories from her nearly 60-year career, and hits from the Collins catalog.

Trumpeter Joseph Montelione to Hold ‘Concert with Words’ Feb. 26
The free, public concert is expected to include an eclectic variety of music, such as American songbook, jazz, contemporary classical, rock and more.

Flutist, Scholar Pam Youngblood to Hold Free Concert Jan. 30 at Gleason
Youngblood, professor and chair of the Department of Music and Drama at Texas Woman’s University, is the 2016-2018 Phi Kappa Phi Artist.
