Registration for Summer 2019 for currently enrolled students will begin Monday, January 28, 2019.

Students may register by logging into Access Florida Tech, selecting the Student Academics tab and choosing the appropriate link under "Registration Tools," or at the Registration Center.
Students using the Registration Center must present a photo ID card and have their Registration form approved by their advisor before entering the registration area.
Florida Tech reserves the right to add or change without notice, any information pertaining to class offerings, requirements, locations and fees published online and in the Schedule of Classes. Students are held accountable for all information contained in the schedule and will only receive credit for courses in which they are officially registered.
ONLINE SUMMER COURSEWORK
Students who will not be on campus during the summer and who wish to continue coursework may take approved courses online during the 8-week summer terms with prior approval from their academic advisor.
The first 8-week online summer term begins April 29, and the second, July 1. The registration deadline for each is two weeks before the start of class. Consult with your academic advisor for questions or to request approval for summer online courses.
Sponsored international students are required to document approval via a financial guarantee before being considered for online courses.
Each summer, some courses are offered that are not available during the normal academic year, and are intended for a wider audience than students in a particular major. Courses in this category include the following:
Summer offerings in field biology provide exposure to unique habitats and the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of essential field techniques for examining the structure and diversity of selected tropical and temperate ecosystems. Courses and field experiences are available in the following areas:
Field Biology & Ecology—Coral Reefs, Puerto Rico
Marine Mammal Studies in the Pacific Northwest—San Juan Islands
Field Biology and Evolution of the Galapagos Islands—Galapagos Islands
Tropical Marine Ecology—TBD
