Official Rules

1. Eligibility

  • Organizers may require participants to be 21 years of age or older to enter. 
  • Only individuals may participate; entries on behalf of groups or organizations are not permitted.
  • Participants must be in attendance at the associated event held by the organizers.
  • Participants must meet any other eligibility requirements stated by the organizers.

2. Entry Limit

  • Organizers may state an entry limit that applies to all participants for this drawing. 
  • Multiple entries are allowed, but entries beyond the limit stated by the organizers will be disqualified.

3. Entry Submission

  • Entries must be submitted through the official method stated by the organizers.
  • To enter without purchase or contribution, hand-print the associated event name, your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3" x 5" card, and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

  • All entries must be received before the announced date and time.
  • Entries must be submitted under the participant’s real name.
  • Duplicate or fraudulent submissions may result in removal from the drawing.

4. Ticket/Entry Validation

  • Organizers may verify identity and age at any time to ensure compliance.
  • Invalid, unreadable, or altered entries are void.

5. Drawing Procedure

  • The drawing will occur on the announced location, date, and time.
  • The winner(s) will be selected at random.
  • The drawing will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner, either manually or using an approved random selection tool.

6. Winner Notification

  • Winners will be notified through the contact information provided on their entry.
  • If a winner cannot be reached or does not claim the prize within 72 hours, the organizers may conduct a new drawing or award the prize to an alternate winner.

7. Prizes

  • Prizes are non-transferable unless specifically allowed by the organizers.
  • No cash substitutions are permitted unless offered by the organizer.
  • Organizers may require winners to complete appropriate federal and/or state documentation prior to receipt of the prize(s).
  • Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

8. Organizer Rights

  • Organizers may modify rules for clarity or fairness (with reasonable notice).
  • Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates the rules or attempts to manipulate the drawing.

9. Acceptance of Rules

  • Submission of entries constitutes acceptance of these rules.
