Children and adolescents in the clinic receive outpatient psychotherapy, typically on a weekly basis. We focus on the use of evidence-informed interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and exposure therapy. If indicated, we can also conduct virtual reality exposure therapy.
Our typical approach involves working directly with the child or adolescent while also providing parents with support and assistance to help manage the child or adolescent’s anxiety. Children, adolescents, and families are seen by FIT doctoral students under the supervision of a licensed psychologist.
Our cost per session aligns with Community Psychological Services (CPS) Clinic fees. You can reach out to the clinic for specific fee information.
We work with families to coordinate times to be seen in the clinic. Weekday appointment times are available.
